Works for me - just a thought but I'd select the white of the water and brighten it up a bit. It's a bit too grey for my personal taste. I also see some sensor dust spots that will need cloned out.
But I LOVE the water action and leaf sitting up there in the top..... well done.

John hit the nail on the head. My sentiments exactly.
Excellent shot, yes if you could brighten up the water a bit that would be perfect.

Nice comp, gotta agree with the others about the whitening it to be a bit brighter and sensor dust.

In the master image or print image I would also consider touching up where the orange leaves and other plant matter touches the edges of the frame, thereby eliminating that.

I like the comp, and the leave of the fern rally competes with the maple for attn which gives this a unique feel. the rest has already been said

Thanks for the comments.....I will agree with the crop issues but as for the Dust bunnies, I, too, thought thats what they were....but its not....its actually the light reflected off the rock under the water....but I could have smoothed that out too...

I can't get enough of colored leaves as subjects. This is great. Usually water is the biggest dynamic range problem, but it's funny how the colors in autumn leaves are often brigher than the water...
