I am trying to decide which way to head this weekend. I am torn betweend Clifty Falls State Park and Red River Gorge. I have never been to either so any information would be helpful. From the recently posted photos Hocking Hills is also a possibility.

Martin I don't know about The Red River Gorge, but Clifty has been pretty much a bust, the colors started looking very nice then they quickly started to get very dull and started to drop. There are still alot of green leaves left but I don't see them becoming very striking, oh well maybe next year. :wavey:

My friend and I spent the day at the gorge last Saturday and it was awesome! I never was impressed much with pictures from the Appalachians or Smokies before, but now I know why people love it so much after seeing the mountains myself.

Check out a few photos from my gallery.
