Is it ok to download the update version of CS2 or is it too risky?
I have downloaded a trial version of CS2 (I have PS7 only) and plan to upgrade to CS2. Now when I get the update CD (I don't know how long it takes to reach Germany), do I have to just enter the new reg-code or do reinstall again? The downloaded version seems to be a full CS2 version rather than just upgrade, or perhaps it is, not sure.
Has anybody tried this?

I have always installed from CD, but installing from the download should work fine. If you purchase the upgrade for download, I think you get your new license key e-mailed to you. You will need to leave PS7 installed until after CS2 installs. The CS2 upgrade install will look for it to insure you are really upgrading from a previous version. I think the trial is 30 days. It shouldn't take that long to receive your CD's by mail, should it?
