Upper North Falls - 2005
Taken October 7th of last year. I thought I'd get this up while memories of the location are still fresh for those attending a week back. Cropped roughly evenly from all sides.

Comments and feedback are appreciated.

That water looks really good to me, dropping in the top right of the frame and exiting out the bottom left. This photo seems to have a really even lighting with a nice glow in the yellow leaves.

Hey I've got one like that! Neat control of light levels, like an oil painting. Beautifully balanced, with a rhythm to the light. I'd frame this one. IMHO of course.

I like teh composition. It has a good flow to it. The processing is excellent also.

Thanks all for your comments and insights. I've followed-up on Rick's suggestion and lightened the bottom 3/4's of the range. What do you prefer: lighter or darker?

Thanks!

Steve

I vote for the original, but they're both lovely. Ya done good.

I like the lighter version. Great exposure by the way.

That's nicer - the right looks a little tight for my taste, but the water detail/exposure is just how I like it.
