Homebase for you?

I was just wondering.....
I've been frustrated with other forums because I didn't know
who was near me to buddy up with to brave the elements with my
expensive glass and/or share the gas...as I think you all can
relate.... I was wondering for those that wouldn't mind it would be really handy...if you would just put your city after your name
in your Sig. file like I do, and then we can all know who is
near us??? Any takers?? Helps to know whom to contact for an event
or advise for nature outings in the other person's area?
Thanks to those that care to participate.

In gratitude,
Nelcha

Thanks to everyone that has responded so far ;-)
Part of my purpose for doing this was to see if I could get you to put your city in your sig file after your name so it would show up with every post...like mine...so we wouldn't always have to refer to the CANP rollcall or some list....if ya know what I mean ;-)
Just trying to keep things simple on the ole' brain cells ....
thanks...

Nelcha - I will need to follow up on that, but for now, here is mine.......Corona, Ca.

Nelcha, I'm in Chico.

Santa Barbara here.

Hi Nelcha,

The "CANP Roll Call..." thread on the top of the CANP Forum page already has a lot of posts from members with their loation information. I hope you find it useful.

Thanks.

I think Nelcha's idea is a good one. I find that I have the same problem Even with the 'Roll Call' I still have to go back and take a look, which is a distraction.

So, how about it, folks? Let's edit our preferences>signature to show our home base.

Thanks for the post, Nelcha,

Same here.....

Thanks everyone...I think you will find communicating about some outing or location easier
and more fun with this to aid you and save our grey matter
NOW...how many in this CANP can we get to do it??
Any wagers?? Any takers??
