Clifty Creek Color

Went out this morning before the rain and there was just enough color left to make it a little interesting.

Bernie, Nice color. However, the tree in the dead center of the image is very distracting, IMO.

The whites in the water look pretty hot as well.

Looks like a beautiful location. I like the reflected blue color of the creek and how it contrasts with the warms in the image. If your goal was a super clean, simplified image, the tree is an issue as Josh mentioned. However, I do like the impression of being surrounded by the trees that the inclusion of the foreground tree adds. Perhaps a compromise of sorts would have worked well. It's always tough to know short of being there!
