Now that I have used subterfuge to get your attention
Many have stood where I did for this capture, although I haven't seen this image anywhere. In processing, I wasn't happy with the wide angle distortion created due to the lens axis being elevated. Some tinkering with the Lens Correction filter in PS CS2 resulted in this image.
Elowah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge captured October 17th. Note that the wind is blowing the waterfall off vertical. I like the lighting in the scene, with the shadows on the large rock on the left referring to those of the cavities in the BG rock face.
Details: 12-24mm at 12; 1/2 second at f/11; polarizer.
I know this is a much photographed scene. What do folks think of this rendition? Feedback, comments/critiques, and thoughts on this image are much appreciated.

Steve,
I'm struggling to find an anchor. It seems to be all background (to me at least). In comparison, your image of quiet creek has a great anchor with the leaves on the LL corner.

Mind posting the original for comparison sake?

Bryan, while not the same as the original, above is the same image with the "rotate" pixel layer dropped out of the stack. It changes the cropping obviously, but you can get an idea of what I originally captured, which had to be cropped after the "tilt" lens correction in order to conform to a rectangular array of pixels. Hope this helps. Let me know what you think.

It's OK, but I prefer below the bridge for the best compositions. You can have nice rocks in the FG and you don't even see the bridge from down there - tricky getting there, but worth it.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions Kosta, Bryan, and John. I've seen Marc's image (and many, many others), but wanted to post something different with a landscape orientation. It was quite slick the day I was there; I dropped my non-tethered remote release as I did a big sit-down while shooting verticals much closer to the pool (as above). My dog got quite a kick out of my antics.

Yeah, I kinda like it. Needs to be a little wider, distortion or not, the top just feels a little cramped. Definitely an interesting take on the falls - one I'll have to look into next time I swing through. Still think my favorite angle is from high up on the talus slope to the right of the falls.
