Picked the first 'production' bag up this morning, pointed out some minor fix-its, so the full production run will start soon - delivery, as expected, before the end of the month.
I placed my 1Ds2 with the 500mm and hood on forward in the bag, it just comes to below the top, without the lid extended. All other modifications have been done.
The new height means that it will probably accomidate the sig-monster with the body on and the hood reversed. I will measure the depth of the bag tonight.
I am very pleased with the result and I hope those that ordered them will be as well.
