Golden autumn light.
Another ahot from Richmond Park the other day. Not the best shot, too tight in the frame as there was a car park just off the top off the shot and not sure I like the split of colours in the background but I just wanted to show the light I had to play with and this shot captured it perfectly.

Hi Richard

Agree it is a little tight in the frame and I also find the image a little too red/warm and the lighting is coming across quite harsh for early morning light. I think perhaps a slight colour adjustment in levels and lifting the shadow areas could help. That said I quite like the composition and setting!

Thanks for the comments David.

It was late afternoon, about 45 minutes before the sun set. I've not seen such a golden glow in a long time, it really was incredibly warm and this is pretty accurate to what was there, I've not touched the saturation at all. I think this was the same day the sky went that amazing dark red colour after it set, someone here posted a picture of it a few days ago but I forget who now?!

Hi Richard

Yes it was an amazing sunset, unfortunately I was on the road - on route back from Donna Knook. I think that what doesn't quite work for me is that the light as I said before appears a little too harsh!
