This was the last shot of the day on Saturday, taken about 4:20ish as it was getting darker out. This was a 12 second exposure, and the car coming at me popped around the corner after I clicked the shutter. I was beginning to wonder if I was gonna get time to finish the shot before the 12 sec was up. I'm not sure if I like the headlights stopping right there, better than if they were a full track all the way through the frame.

I like it too... trying to come up with a reason the on-coming car disappeared...but very cool.

Nice work, Rick.

Thats easy Lee. He hit 88mph and the flux capacitor kicked in. Everyone well versed in the mechanics of time travel knows that!

Thats really a cool shot Rick. I'm on the fence about the car less headlights too but its unique and thats a good thing.

Cool shot.

BTW if anyone is thinking about getting out to Multnomah Falls today, you should. I drove past it on Monday and Tuesday and it's fully raging! It's quite impressive.

That's the weirdest most wonderful thing I've seen. I watched the image roll onto the screen and thought how painterly the trees were, and then my jaw hit the table when the flux capacitor kicked in! Really cool idea for a shot. :toast:
