I recently returned from a trip with the Southwest Missouri Camera club. We went to Moab and surrounding areas. These are pictures I've been editing pretty solidly since I returned last Saturday evening. Locations include Monument Rocks (KS), Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Colorodo River, Oklahoma City Memorial. Most are nature/landsacpe, but a few are not. Hope you enjoy a few of them!

Tim, your gallery is great but #92 is exceptional. It looks like the underside of the arch is on fire!

Great show Tim!! I agree with Tom, #92 is great!! I love all the Moab area.

Thanks, guys!
Glenn - it was quite a trip. There were 10 other photographers in our group from the camera club. I can't wait to see everyone's pictures - I'm betting they will be pretty interesting.

Nicely done Tim, a few nice shots in there. Love that area, I am in love with the sw, that is mine and my friends area. Seems like you got to a few places on the trip, great for scouting and returning to capture more amazing shots of the sandstone out there. nice job

Tim, my appreciation of your photographic talent grows each time you post! I think that the majority of these images are superior! And my wife agreed with the comments on #92.
For an amateur (and I use that term lightly) you seem to posses an instinctive grasp on light and composition that eludes many more experienced photographers.
Fantastic job with these, and please stay out of my state!!

Tim - I finally got to see your work on a good monitor, and they're all wonderful. Great comps, color and light in them all - but I think my favorites are 217 and 379. Though the color work is nice, I'm really blown away with the b&w! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, all!
I'm partial to the b&w too - there's just such a tremendous latitude for playing around.
