Folks, As I posted a while back my wife & I are moving to the PNW. Does anyone have any insights about the McMinnville and general vicinity to share. Good points & bad?

The traffic on the 18 is horrible most of the time so I hope you don't live close to those roads. It is one of the main routes to the Ocean from Portland...... I don't know much about the town, but it's nice to be closer to the Ocean than we are in SE Portland.
