Something a little more "in the NPN box" than my recent posts. You guys like your box, and I guess I can live with that and play along now and then

This is what I think is a red-tailed hawk, Ridgefield NWR, 11/11/06.

D200, 80-400 VR @ 400mm, cropped from horizontal.

Swami, Nice shot, and I think it is a red tail. This could be the same bird from Ridgfield about three weeks ago. http://gottheshot.smugmug.com/photos/110324043-M.jpg

Thanks guys. Yes Jerry, could be the same bird. This one spent the day hunting over near the kiwa trail in the ridgefield S unit.
