Why did the salmon cross the road?

Just thought to share this recent scene I shot on the Olympic Peninsula. It's been raining so much lately that the migrating wild salmon are taking shortcuts across the flooded roadways.

Amazing and neat photo! Wonder how that affects future generations of salmon returning to spawn.

I agree, see if an agency would pick this up... it tells the story of the amounts of rain we've been having very well. That truck MADE this. Well a salmon swimming did to.... :jump:

Thanks everyone for the comments and encouragement. This month apparently might turn out to be a new November rainfall record. Hope everyone here is staying dry.

Now this is an once in a lifetime shot. I think you have several market opps to sell this image. Go for it!
