Now I am back in germany, I was in denver 3 months again and I took a trip through Colorado in the end of september to catch some fall colors.
Here is one shot of the sunrise of the maroon bells, I know seen many times here before, so I hope you are not getting mad at me :)

Some more shots are available on my website

This is a fantastic shot. I don't think anyone could be mad about a nice shot of the maroon bells.

One thing I noticed however in your web presentation is that the red channel is blown out. This happened on a couple other similar images on your site as well.

I don't see any blown out red channel shots on your website as Mel suggests but I'm surfing from my RV with a lWindows Media center edition laptop. Everything looks A-OK. MB shots can be repetitive and sometimes uninspiring. You have a great shot. Be proud and enjoy it.

After dragging the browser over to the other monitor, they don't look blown red anymore either (dual monitors at work. Neither calibrated). But the do look blocked up compared to the reflections. Its just the rock outcrops between the snow where the direct sunlight is hitting. Probably just some detail lost in the downrez. I'm sure its no big deal.

That's a beauty, great snow, alpenglow, fall color, and reflection.
