Just found my current blinds trashed beyond rescue today. If it was wind, or the work of some idiot im not sure of, but eather way it seems im on the lookout for new blinds.
Weigth dont mean much, I got a strong back, and often use it close to the roads anyways. I would like something that was quick and easy to set up. My current blinds you just poped up in 10 seconds like a folding camping cheer. It would be nice if I could fit two persons in it, but thats not a must.
Any and all advice on the topic would be most appriciated!

Cabela's has several models of camo blinds. I have the larger 2-person one with scent-lock floor and another smaller one with no floor which is much easier to carry. There is also a snow-camo cover available for the smaller one. I use mine all the time and have left the larger one set up for weeks at a time in the field and it shows no wear (yet). The tent pegs are pretty tiny and ineffective so I replaced them with more sturdy pegs made into a T with rebar.
I believe that www.cabelas.com is the website
I agree with Grace that Cabela's probably offers the greatest selection, as well as a sterling quarantee if in fact if was wind that destroyed yours. This page provides photos and links to all of their portable popu pblinds.
I'm not sure about various other places, but in Colorado I thought it was illegal to have a non-natural (ie, not consisting of twigs and leaves) blind set-up for more than a day on public land.
I am, but the owner is family, so thats not a issue to worry about. Im thinking about getting the Doghouse TSC from Ameristep. Anyone has any experience with this blind?

Are you setting your blinds up on private land?
