Canon 20D, 100-400@285, 1/2000. f5.6, iso400, full frame but I have moved the Mallard up a touch and extended the water below a smidgen, but now I think he is too centralised, perhaps a little crop on the right is needed ???

Nice flight shot and really sharp. I can't make my mind up with the cropping - I personally quite like its position in the frame so would probably not do it - down to personal taste I guess.
