Does anyone have experience with a company called Hot Shots USA. They purchase prints for "Wall Art" not to be confused with Walmart!LOL. Their site states they purchase prints to be framed by their people and sold to Hotels, Resturants, Business offices, etc.
Seems I'm always skeptical about these sort of companies.
They have contacted me about purchasing prints but they gave very few details and that is what bothers me.
As alway, I come to the experienced members of NPN for their input for which I have great respect.
Thanks,

I have not heard of the company before. I did a web search and found them in Batavia IL. However I also searched the Better Business Bureau and did not find them listed.
This of course doesn't mean they are not legit. I would ask them for refrences and ask any and all questions that come to mind. I would also try to get them to send payment via PayPal or certified check. Even with a certified check I would have your bank verify clearance before sending them anything.
Call me paranoid! However, the internet is a great place, but also a dangerous place. Caution is in order.
Hi, Ronnie,
Hey, I think it's great you're getting queries about your photographs.
A mantra I read and keep in mind is that photographers don't sell prints, they sell usage rights. So, I guess I'd want to more about what rights they want and make sure it doesn't limit you selling rights to other buyers. I believe generally you don't want to grant exclusivity or a complete buy out of an image without enough compensation. I hope more NPN'ers with this kind of experience respond. I am still learning about these things, myself.
