I know of a guy that's been scanning old (ancient even) 8x10 photos with an Epson 4990 @ 1200 dpi and making 40"x60" prints at 150 dpi printing resolution. He says he's interested in making even larger prints (8'x10'), and wants to find a place that can increase from 150 dpi print. Seems to me there's a place in Denver that makes large prints but I can't remember the name. There has to be others too. Any ideas?

Kent, you may want to try whcc.com,, i dont know if they scan,, but i do know that if you want to print above 30"by 40", they have a pricing schedule by sq foot,, so i would assume they can go larger,, you wopuld have to contact them to determine there capabilities dpi, etc,,,i hve used them for 24x36 inches and am completely satisfied with there output
