Nice one Rene. I love all the sky and the expansiveness of the shot. Very fitting for the wide open spaces found in Canyonlands.

Rene, were you by any chance at Canyonlands, Island in the Sky over Thanksgiving? I was at the Green River overlook on Saturday the 26th next to someone shooting LF that looked like you.

Adam, yes I was there during that weekend, either Saturday or Sunday evening. The day I was there, the sunset sort of “fizzled out.” I was standing on the main rock at the overlook. I am 6’-8” tall so it’s fairly easy to spot me. There were a couple of other photographers around, one on my left, and another working the canyon rim to the right. I didn’t recognize either. Was that you?

Beautiful scene and wonderfully captured. I agree with the comments so far - great pastels and nice positioning of the moon relative to the clouds.
