Hi All
picture taken Bass rock Scotland. Techs. 1DM2 300mm lens 1/320 F5.6 Iso 400. All comments welcome.

Hi John,

This is excellent colouring and very simple, clean composition and exposure. The adults eye area looks a bit oversharpened on my monitor at work but nothing too bad. Very good.

Excellent intimate image - agree with Rob that it does look a little over sharpened especially the adults head!

An engaging composition, but I think you were being a bit optimistic shooting at f5.6. In all the images that I've commented on today, I think the photographer has become caught up in experience, instead of being focused on the craft of making the image.
