While in Taylor Canyon I noticed this small cluster of Aspen Trees lined up along this slanted ravine and made return trip to the area when I knew the lighting would be best overall. Thank you in advance for your comments.

This is a nice one! I love those trees: the light is perfect. It looks like there is a light line and some light blue tonality at the top of the image and near the top left corner. It almost looks like a light leak. I have had this happen before when I did not ensure that the Fuji holder was tight at the bottom. I like the change of vegetation from sage to aspens and forest. Well done!

Paul,
A beautiful image indeed! The color and saturation of the aspens are wonderful. I agree with Preston about the light specs at the top of the image. Doesn't look like a light leak to me and too straight for it to be the sky peeking thru. Just a minor thing that can be cropped or cloned out.
My personal critique would be to crop to a square format cutting off about 1/2 of the foreground grasses/rabbit brush. The foreground is a bit dark (could be my monitor) and I would crop just above the bright rock. The aspen trunks are on the blue side... but then that's what we expect... not only with velvia, but in a scene that is in shadow/overcast, and my eye see's blue in these situations too. So the colors work for me just fine.
Great image.

Thank you for the comments and ideas. I always take the input as positive help and actually make adjustments in most cases. Thankfully, the light at the top is not a leak, which I have had in the past, this is just skyline that needs to be cropped out.
I am glad it wasn't a light leak! They can be a pain to deal with! I agree with Lon about cropping that line out. I also agree regarding the crop from the bottom he suggests. It is a nice photo!
Preston and Lon, thank you for the review and comments. I reviewed the ideas and made some changes, I like this version better. Again, thank you in advance for your comments and ideas.

Hi Paul. Lon and Preston comments echo my own. I like the tilt of the trees which adds a nice touch. Good one!

Sweet! Great job on the changes, a strong image. I think I can even detect a slight color modification? the aspen trunks look less blue. I like.
