Winter Moonset
Okay, it's not officially "winter", but I'm counting down the days!

This is very similar to the last image I posted, but this one has Longs Peak and the Indian Peaks catching some nice light, as well as a little kiss of light on the tops of the Flatirons.

I blended two images to get this one, and I think the colors come across better than the previous version where I worked with one image that wasn't really optimized for either sky or foreground.

D2X, 17-35mm AFS, tripod. No GND due to wind, hence the blending.

Both are very good, but I agree this has better lighting on the peaks.
Great use of commute time. :toast:

This one is amazing, Rick. The subtle anti-crepuscular rays are especially nice.
