I am planning to go on a photo shoot this coming week in either the Hood or Sisters area (wherever weather best permits). I was wondering if anyone knew of good scenic locations to shoot landscapes of the mountains considering I don't plan to be doing a whole lot of hiking in the snow (but some is okay). Any help would be appreciated since i have never gone shooting in the area! Thank you very much!

Vinu,
Alot depends on the weather and whats open. If you don't want to hike much, the Lolo pass road is a good place to get some shots of Mt. Hood weather permiting. You have to kind of just pick an area and and scout it out. The Hood River Valley by Parkdale also might give you some nice opps. Good Luck!
Marc Adamus has provided some details on locations around Government camp for shooting Mt.Hood in one of the earlier posts. So if you just read through the last week's posts you might get a lot of information for some good photo ops around Hood.
