Where within the northern coast is the best place to get photos of very large Saltwater Crocodiles in their natural habitat with as little tourist interference as possible? I just returned from Kakadu and the Corroboree Billabong was perfect....I was just curious if maybe Cooktown or Cape York yeilded even better results. I was told Corroboree is best, but I want a second opinion.

very difficult to get up there, need good 4 wheel drive, or helicopter. BUt you can get close but I found the dawin area to be better. That mad jumping croc trip (can't remember the name of the river) was interesting, some big guys round there, and good for Whistlers. But lots of other areas I am sure you found. Cape york good for other wildlife too esp birds and flowers. Some of the best places are actually in southeast asia I have found, also great in India for the Mugga but same thing really.
