For those of you new to RMNP, the old CNP typically held an annual shin-dig in January, in Denver. Obviously we've got an expanded geographical reach these days. We're working on coordinating events in a variety of areas throughout the RMNP states - and you'll hear more about that soon - but we'd also like to keep the tradition of the annual shin-dig alive.
Focusing on where the most people are located, we're looking at holding the gathering in Denver. Qube Visual has once again generously donated meeting space to us - thanks Brent D.!
The remaining question is a date - the Super Bowl is Feb 4th, and we try to avoid that weekend. So how about:
Saturday, Jan 27th @ 6pm
- or-
Saturday, Feb 10th @ 6pm
It takes some effort to pull this together, so we'd like to decide on a date before the end of the year. Please indicate a preference here in this thread, and we'll pick a date that works best for the majority of the group.
Also, there are a lot of folks here who also participate over at NPC; we inquired to see if NPC would be interested in a joint get-together and it looks like that will happen.
