I am looking to produce a coffee-table style book for gifts and I am looking for a place to get it done. I had heard of services that also have one with a dust jacket which would be a nice feature to have. Please advise.

Thanks to all for your replies. Does anyone have experience with blurb or photoworks?

I have seen Blurb discussed on other forums, and they seem to be very highly regarded

This one even has a Blurb rep that joins in and answers questions from time to time.
