I am trying to create high dymnamic range images in Photoshop, using a Windows machine. The problem is is that the keyborad short cut: ctr-alt and the ~ sign, dont seem to work.

I believe i have to set this in Photoshop CS2 somewhere under system preferences but i have no idea where to find this or what to do.

Who can help me?

Many thanks

It will only work on an english keyboard layout and a english language PS CS2.

you may also want to post this question over on the Adobe forums. A whole lot of Photoshop Guru's over there.

Check to be sure you're not running another application like MWSnap or Trillian that "confiscates" hotkeys/shortcut keys... That's burned me a lot recently.

Hi Rene,

The ~ is uppercase, try shift,ctrl,alt ~

I assume you are trying to select the highlights.
