I got back from a 2 day trip to Arches yesterday (my 5 day trip was cut short due to the weather). I took the first day to scout the park, and the second day to take pictures. I'll add more to this thread as I edit them.
Image Info:
9 images stitched (taken and stitched in RAW)
Canon 5D in portrait orientation
Sharp at 30"x70" (pushing LF quality??)

Cool, Scott!! I think I like your 2nd posting the best. It has a great feel to me of high to low, uplift and then erosion. It's a really nice image.

Wonderful images! Looks like you were blessed with simple, yet very affective skies.

Beautiful images!
I am planning a trip to Moab that starts on Jan 2nd. You mentioned that your trip was cut short due to weather. Hmm... may I ask why? I'm kind of wondering what I might get into.
Thanks!

Wonderful stuff, I especially like the first one. What focal length did you use? ~70mm? Great job of stitching also. What software allows stitching in RAW?

Thanks for the compliments. To answer your questions...Doug, I left early to escape the snowstorm that covered several states and was moving from AZ into CO and UT. Don, check your email.
