These little lava rocks along the shoreline reminded me of little ducklings admiring their mother.

I'm not so sure about the title, Rick. The shot is pretty cool though. Great color and atmosphere!

The title is pretty stupid, I must admit. I was pretty lucky with the conditions I had in the 4-5 days (mornings and evenings) I spent here. Poor Tomas said he had been here 10 times or 10 days with a cloudless nothing, until the first morning I showed up.

Did you have this posted over at Photo.net? It seems familiar for some reason. I would clone out those three rocks on the left edge of the frame. I like it though.

Yup, I do have it in my PN folder. I thought about those partial rocks on the left. I will clone them out. Thanks.

The title really threw me, Rick. They don't remind me of ducklings at all. Getting beyond that, I really like the image. I'd also dump those partial rocks on the left edge.
Ditto on the left side rocks. Ditto that I'm not seeing the ducklings (the rocks don't seem nearly as fuzzy and cute). A very nice comp. I like the colors, the water. Good work.

Maybe I should have named this Pieces of the Puzzle or something, eh? You see the blown mountain in the bg and the little fragments in the foreground.

I'll request a water test at work to see what Rick's been drinking.....
