Tree Sparrow in Frost
Hi,

Saws Tom's shots, I got some heavy frost too when I was in Scotland on Christmas day and managed to get this.

Thanks

Brian

Nice picture Brian. The sparrow really pops out of the frame - almost as though you have desaturated the background (which I presume you haven't). I also presume that you have tweaked the saturation a bit - and maybe the browns are a tad rich - but thats just my preference I guess.

Great Shot Brian,

Agree with Dennis about the Sparrow poping out of the frame. Love the framing of the branches also.

Could maybe crop some from the top of the frame.

Very nice Brian. The sparrow really stands out and the colours always look so much better with a frosty BG.

Very nice image of an increasingly rare bird, in my area at least. The sparrow really stands out against the frosty BG.

Nice Brian. Really stands out and looks like the BG has been desaturated...cool!

Some techs would have been interesting as well. :toast:

Hello Brian

I like this shot. Agree with earlier poster that saturation of bird looks a little too high though.

Happy new year
