Snow Bunting
Hi Everybody,

Managed track down a couple of Snow Bunting yesterday at Southend and got down there today to photograph them. This is one of the results from what were two tame little birds.

The techs were:

Nikon D2X, 200-400MM, 1.7 tc, 1/160th sec at F9, fill flash from SB600 AT -1.7

C and C welcome

regards Chris.

Lovely little bird and looks to be a great surrounding for photographing it.
Only nit is the oof foreground intruding onto it's feet space a bit.

Hello

I like the setting and don't mind the oof area at it's feet.

I would like it to have turned its head to the right a little though?

(There appears to be a couple of dust spots in the grey background area.)

I like it Chris. Minor nits covered. I'm always impressed with how different these buntings look in winter.

Hi Chris,

ARD covered my nits, otherwise a nice shot - like the lighting,

Hi Chris,

Main nits covered, other than them this is a cracking image. I'm hoping to get over to the Suffolk coast to get some myself.

Regards
