European Buzzard (c) Repost
Taken during the late Summer 2006 during a photography session. This is a European Buzzard I have the pleasure of working with on a daily basis.

Thanks for looking & thanks John Mc & Tom for the advice

Great shot Vince, beautiful colours.
Make a great image to demonstrate bokeh. Can you rember the distances between you and the buzzard and the buzzard and background..just curious.

Thanks for the above comments :toast:

Raff, the distances I think were this but don't quote me on it, Perch to hedge line about 40ft, camera to perch was between 20-30ft I think? I hope this helps

Hi Vince,

Really nice shot, the BG, perch, pose, colour and sharpness of the Buzzard are all spot on.

Well Done

Regards

Hi Vince,

You've got him in a nice warm light. Glad to see he's in good feather again

ps - the size is a bit big, can you stick to 720px on the longest side

Sorry Nick I thought I did, must of typed 720 in the wrong box when resizing for web  Well spotted, I must pay attention when posting:toast:

Lovely warm light Vince! Haven't seen much of that recently! Sharp, well composed and very nice all round!
