You can add mine. I've never heard of Premium, KY. My wife is from Berea. We go up there most holidays.
Any good places in Southern KY that you can recommend to hike and photograph?

Thank Brian I'll add it. As far as Premium... we do have a Post Office but that about sums it up It's close to Whitesburg, Hazard would be the largest town close to Whitesburg.
Have you hiked any of the trails around Cumberland Falls? I've hiked the ones to Dog Slaughter Falls and Angel Falls, but supposedly there are many trails in the area.
There is a Nature Preserve in the Berea area http://www.naturepreserves.ky.gov/stewardship/jbstephenson.htm the one time I was there there wasn't much water coming over the fall
