Today there was an interlude in Suffolk's eclipse of the sun.
I hastily ripped my bag open and took a photo.
Then the clouds came back.

Hi A.R.D.
Tell me about the weather here in Suffolk , where about's are you based? I'm west near Sudbury.
Good to see on the local news tonight about the Sea Eagle introduction programme on the coast set for next year even if they did show footage of Osprey's!!.
Anyway....... Lovely Greenfinch image, nice DOF and perch. Colour of subject and BG go together well and nice backlighting, maybe subject could have done with a little fill flash??
Regards
Rob

The relatively short focal length and sidelighting combine to give this a 3-dimensional look which is a bit different from the norm. Nice work.
