I am currently in the process of re-designing my web-site - World in Color. Three years have passed since I first put up the site and I felt it desperately needed a face lift. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this effort.
[A few links - NEWS and STATEMENTS on the HOME page - are not currently functional. In addition, the LINKS page is yet to be populated. Please pardon these lapses for now; I will get to them soon.]
I left a comment for you over at Gen Discussion. I know it's difficult to write about yourself: It certainly was for me. However, a short 'first-person' bio is a nice touch since it adds to the 'personality' of your site.
The site looks great, Anil!

Looks very clean. No fuss and very simple. You may want to use stylesheets to control the formatting of the text and ween yourself away from using images for navigation. Its all a matter of stylistic approach, but it'd make things easier for you to update in the long run.

The one good thing about writing your bio is that you have the option of not having to read it again after you post it on the website.

Thanks for the feedback/suggestions. Looks like I need to get a "bio" up but that will be hard work. The reason being photography is such a small part of what I do that any bio that I can think up of will hardly mention this activity. But I have to work something out, so I am taking it as an exercise.
Jim: I thought about CSS but don't quite know how to use them as yet. As I get more familiar with Dreamweaver I hope to incorporate them into my web-site. Thanks for reminding me to look into using them.

Looks good Anil. Simple and sweet. I would agree about the bio and perhaps add attach an image of yourself to it as well, artistically done of course.
Looks very nice Anil. I also think a personal bio works well too, it seems to always give a bit of personal connection for others when reviewing the site. Your overall work is excellent too, which is always an easy connection for us photographers.

Anil CSS is quite simple and there are a lot of free resources online to use it. Its much easier than you'd think. Its worth experimenting with when you feel up to it.

I love the pictures and would kill to have shot "Battlefield" myself. In viewing the site at work, perhaps because everything goes through Citrix, the links all show up as blank squares and rectangles. The photos show up, and the links work, but they are just gray squares.
