Eric, I suggest at least linking to the pictures if you can't post them. that way we don't have to copy and paste each link. I like the creek shots. powerful stuff.

cool shots Eric. Rock Creek is one of my favorite places in the eastern sierra, especially during the off season when hardly anyone is around. Sure was a lot of run-off in July this past summer wasn't there?

Eric,

I like these a lot. Like Cory, Rock Creek and Little Lakes Valley is on e of my favorite Sierra haunts.

I also looked at some of your other images at pBase. You have some gorgeous work there! I particularly like the pano of the sunset at Mono Lake: It is very dramatic. Good photography!

I think all of us here would really appreciate it if you posted some of those images here at CANP. I know it is a bit of extra work to resize and post them, but I think you would get some kind and useful comments from the CANP gang.

Well, Thanks Preston.. Seeing you were the one who pointed me to the LLV area and Rock Creek I have to thank you again.. I really have to get back up there again...

I will try and remember to post some shots at the 720 pixel limit next time I post some shots...

Eric, thank you for posting these images. I will say the water run off was very evident in the Rock Creek image, one of my favorite places too, and was also very apparent to me everywhere I visited in the Sierras in 2006. It must have been a very high water content year overall, always a good thing in general, but also for good photo ops as you have presented here.
