How do you post an active link?

How do I post a link in a comment that someone can just click on and head straight to the linked website? I looked around but could not find a "how to" on it.

Click on the "Text Style Menu" link that resides below the comment box. It has the info you need. You can cut and paste the code from that box, replacing only the URL and description.
