Hi All,
Thanks to everyone who replied to my Mallard post.
I have started to print A3 on my R1800, and when I print bordered or borderless A3's, the last 1 inch of the print comes out with banding, although it is fine throughout the rest of the print.
When printing 'Borderless', the computer warns me that print quality may suffer on the edges of the print, but as I say this is one inch from the end and it happens on bordereed prints too.
Has anyone any ideas for a possible remedy?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have experienced a similar problem sometimes with my Epson R2400. I can solve it by changing the quality setting to "Photo RPM". This uses more ink, but the banding disappears.
