Schisty Stuff
scanned from a 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 Ektachrome from an old Speed Graphic I lugged down the Grand Canyon on a raft trip.

These are some of the oldest exposed rocks on Earth in the Upper Granite Gorge.

Excellent! I could see this on my wall with a nice frame and printed about 24x30.

This is an extremely intriguing photograph, one of the best in terms of use of patterns I've seen in a long time.

Interesting rocks. I like the image, but it's just a tad oversharpened or contrasty for my taste.

Fantastic. :jump: After that, I'm speechless. It's mesmerizing.
Came back to look at it some more.... It's incredible to imagine the geological forces that created this formation and left it for you to see and memorialize. Humbling. Awesome. How wonderful you saw it; it's a fabulous comp. :toast:
