How many of you are actively using DAM (Digital Asset Management) Tools with your images, and which ones? By that I mean systems that allow you to enter Keywords and search those keywords - systems like iViewMediaPro, Aperture, Extensis Porfolio etc etc?

Iview

Just got access to Extensis Portfolio 7.
It had been sat on a shelf at work so I have volunteered to see what it looks like.
So far like the ease of Keywording, and the fact that the folder name seems to be entered as a searchable keyword.

May be missing something but not sure about viewing a larger version of the thumbnail, currently larger version opens as another tab.
Cheers
Paul

I use iView myself

Started using iView. Currently it is pretty inexpensive, plus you get a copy of Nik Filters, if that's of any interest, and you will get a free up-grade to whatever Microsoft do with it in the Spring.

I do my keywording in BreezeBrowser though.

Thanks to all who answered...again, it doesn't look like many are actually going down the road of managing their photos - of those who are, it's a chuck-up between Aperture and iViewMedia.

Currently use PS to add keywords and captions to images.
