Went out shooting with Ned and Darren on Sunday. We found this great section of icicles on FR 90 up near St. Helens. What a day we had. We drove thru ice, made our way up the mountain and drove thru a Winter wonderland. We then headed east on Hwy 14 and made our way out the gorge. We stopped at at a creek to do some shooting and found a Scarlet King snake (looks like a Coral snake but with reverse stripes) and some kind of large salamander like reptile.

I just thought it was pretty cool to see ice and reptiles on the same day.

Cool ice abstract. I can't believe you saw a snake in the dead of winter in Oregon. That is weird.

These shapes are pretty cool. I like the comp, but somehow feel that it could stand for some more drama by pumping the contrast/cuves around a bit more on this.
