I hope someone captured the spectacular sunrise this morning. In Colorado Springs it was a brilliant red-orange, at least from up in Divide.
I was out plowing my driveway about 7am and really cussing that I didn't have my camera handy and that I wasn't in a good location. Timing, timing, timing!

I hear you. I was supposed wake up early this a.m. and go down to the Garden with James E. But I stayed up too late and didn't make it. Then I awoke to the alpen glow all over Pikes Peak which I could see from my window. Man, I was kickin' myself. If he ended up going I bet he got some great shots.

I knew I should have gotten up earlier...seems like a few of us slept in!
I got off work way too late and barely made it up in time to take Rebecca to work. I came back home and slept till 10 am. I have a shot from Monday though!

Nice shot from Monday. The clouds this morning were awesome. I'm going to try to be in place tomorrow but the chances of a repeat are probably nil.

The clouds were awesome this morning and I thought about going out for photography, but had an 8:00AM dentist appt. Maybe tomorrow.
