This works well in B&W. There are a lot of strong lines in this image. The shutter speed seems about right for the falls--you've got a nice, soft flow. If it were me, I'd crop most of the sky out--the strong white space detracts from the rest of the image. Also, you might rotate the image CW a bit so the falls are vertical.
