Seems pretty neat. I downloaded the trial version but you can't save images, just compare them in the tools viewer. It actually seemed to work pretty well, but I don't have a lot of scenes that I took multiple identical shots of.
The noise aspect is especially interesting, since it should be able to remove it very well with multiple shots, since it's random.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with it, or if there's anything else like it.

Hello David,
Take a look at a thread we have going on over on the Rocky Mountain forum called super-resolution -
http://www.naturephotographers.net/imagecritique/bbs.cgi?a=vm&mr=14945&b=vf10&st=0&la=1988&ph=23&sid=11897&u=11897
I've been doing lots of experimenting with PhotoAcute (trial version). Unfortunately, without being able to save, it's hard to do a great comparison, but so far I'm pretty impressed with the results. The software is still a bit buggy, but I think down the road we will see more of this technology. I've scoured the web for info on super-resolution and there appears to be a fair bit of interest in scientific and university circles. If you google "super-resolution" you'll find some other software. One appears to be Linux based, and the other was a freeware Windows product that crashed on install on my pc. I'd be interested in any bits of info you find on this concept.
