That is an amazing price assuming they are any good...

seems like an awful lot of eggs to put in one basket. If it fails you could lose around 1000 images shooting in raw. I use 2Gb sandisk CF cards that hold about 180-190 images and even with these I worry about a card failing

While I ordered one and it arrived at 9AM this morning I formatted it in my PC and then ran a few speed tests it's about the same speed as a 80 speed normal card it seems to be about half as fast as my lexar 133 extremes 3 it works perfectly in my d200 & d2x also it downloads perfectly well from my FireWire card reader, some of my cards get hot when I use my card reader but this stays cool I now can take just over 600 uncompressed NEF's on my D2x.

Hi Tim I hope it does, have just try to order another one for my friend but there appears to be none left, there is some four gig ones at £27 still a bargain.

Just ordered a 4G for £27 for a backup of the best images from the Photoviewer (from a prolonged sortee into the field). Easily slipped in the top pocket as Paul Hobson suggested - a good tip. That means I have belt, braces and Back-up of the best.
