And so falls Blue Hen Falls...
Here's a look at Blue Hen Falls this morning. The clouds started breaking up just as I got there so things got a bit contrasty.

To answer Joel Truckenbrod's question from Dec 11: "Do you know if this falls forms an ice cap over the entire drop?" The answer is "yes"--at least this year.

We're supposed to warm up a bit over the next two days (still below freezing). Then from Saturday through Tuesday, the lows will be in the single digits. Should be good ice shooting over the weekend and into next week.

On another note, I finally got my web site up. I did all of the design and coding myself, so it's not too fancy. If you have a chance, take a look and let me know what you think.

Thanks for having a look.

Cool, thanks for the follow up, thats a nice shot too. It looks like there would be some interesting close-ups to be had.

I took at your website as well and found it easy to use and to contain some very nice images. I'm glad you got it up and running!
