well actually Santa Pola nr Alicante Spain...... male Kentish Plover

Browing images for my forthcoming bird club photographic evening, found another one that I had passed over from earlier last year, I now kind of like the reflection, although it looks false it is natural.

Olympus E 500, old Nikon 300mm F2.8 AIS with adapter, tripod and sidekick, iso 400, 1/180 at F4 (I think), taken early morning but levels adjusted in PS to remove the red cast and cropped from landscape to portrait. - whilst this travel kit gives back more airline shoe allowance to she who must be obeyed, it does make for trickier photography - we are now so pampered with AF and IS!

Nice pic and the part reflection provides an unusual twist which I like.
