I am in search of a good framing company that is reliable and not too expensive. Doing it locally is just too costly. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

If your looking for a wood frame, go to www.floridaframes.com. They have excellent prices and great service.

I get all of my frames online through American Frame. Their order format makes mat selection and mat sizing easy and their prices are good. I get a frame, backing and mats from them and then go down to the local frame shop for glass, as they only supply plexiglass. If your going in larger quantities or want to cut your own mats, there are probably cheaper places out there.

They sell frames for reasonable prices. Seems they were cheaper than Light Impressions as well.

I use dickblick.com for all my matting/framing/mounting supplies except the glass, which I buy locally (Blick also only ships with plexi).
