I like the way the fog gives the image the start of a fish-eye look in the center.

Where do you shoot from at Henderson Inlet? I'll have to try it one day.

this is from my back yard... I live off 54th and Sleater Kinney NW where the inlet gets narrow. I'll have you over some time...

There's some strange stuff going on with the color here. For instance, the water looks like it has purple highlights. The sky looks a little odd to me also. Did something go amis in processing this?

I like the composition here. The shadows in the fog lend a really nice feel to this too.

Sean

P.S. That's a heck of a view for your back yard!

good pick up Sean. The sky on this image was totally blown out by the sun and the clouds as I was shooting straight into the sun here. So I used a nik Color eFEX Pro 2.0 graduated blue filter here in post processing to try to save the image. I don't see the purple tinge in the water on my laptop monitor (where I did this image) but you may be right. I'll have a look at it tonight on my desktop.

I really like it but that sky color is just a bit too weird.

The fog is really interesting. I like the way you have worked the scene. Keep em coming!
